My order arrived on time however the sizing of the Cherokee scrub pants I ordered were not as per the size chart provided by the manufacturer and used by Medshop. I wanted to return them for an exchange and the experience left somewhat to be desired. Eventually, not getting to a reasonable outcome, I left a negative review on here and then Steven (the owner of Medshop) reached out to me.
Steven replied to my review very promptly and let me know his details to contact directly him via email. This was done after business hours. I emailed Steven on a Sunday and he replied to me same day in a very professional and very prompt manner.
For Steven to go out of his way to contact me out of hours screams volumes to me. He genuinely cares about his business, customer feedback and resolving issues. Sure, there are things internally that he's working on but for me, if someone's willing to go out of their way to ensure you have a positive outcome, that should be acknowledged positively in return. We're all human and we should support those who support us.
For anyone ordering the Cherokee jogger scrub pants, the material is awesome but keep in mind to stick to your normal sizing unless you want them tight! I'm normally a medium but the size chart measurements had me as a small. If I'd ordered a medium I would've given 5 stars for this review as I wouldn't have had any problems.
Would I order from Medshop again? Absolutely!

This product has great accuracy! Great quality! I received my package 7 days earlier, which I expect to take longer Due to COVID-19. This company is amazing! I recommend 100%. The colour is perfect and free engraving! This was a bargain! Best product I have ever brought! All my nurse friends are jealous. Thankyou MEDSHOP!

Medshop supplied us with bandages to help with our training requirements at the Wye River Surf Lifesaving Club. They responded quickly and efficiently to all my questions and were very helpful in returning some products that we over ordered. Great teamwork, thanks!
Sent the wrong item. Once the item i was returned, the replacement order was cancelled without any communication and reason provided. The refund only covered the item cost, but no postage cost refund. Tried to contact the shop twice, but no response received.
I made a large and expensive (for me) order for items needed for uni. It took about 3 weeks to get the in-stock items sent out. The most pricey item was missing half of the equipment in the kit so I sent a help request through and the next day received a canned response giving me details on how to request a return. With no other explanation or acknowledgment of the mix-up, I obviously queried this and then received a very defensive response from customer service saying that of course I'd have to return the item but that the returns dept would tell me more about what I'd need to do... information that would have saved us both time if it was just included in the first email.
Another 24 hours wait after I submitted the returns approval, another canned response giving me details of where to post, along with instructions to print a proof of purchase (which would of course be available on their end, and seriously who has a printer anymore!). But I followed those instructions to the line as I just get the feeling after all this they'd take any excuse to not accept my return! No idea if I'll be reimbursed for the return shipping fee, not to mention how long they will hold onto my $260AUD before the return is processed. In the meantime, I've had to fork out for the equipment again... of course from a different site.... not sure how I'll pay for groceries now!
Such a bad experience from a company that either has such poor systems and uninspired people handling customer service or simply don't care about customers.
Excellent service and product is absolutely superb. User-friendly website although suprised to find out based in Australia. NZ site has NZ pricing which is great. Speedy delivery. Annoyed that as a company they don't offer NZers accounts.
Will very definitely purchase from them again though.

My experience with Medshop was very positive. I had an issue with an order I placed and their customer service (Vicki) was fantastic, very professional, helpful and quick to respond. I would definitely buy from them again and recommend them.

You know I’m in New Zealand.... why should I be ringing around to find a product that’s still in your country of origin??? I have never had so much difficulty in purchasing an item online before this... Take responsibility and start showing some level of bloody customer service. I ordered from you .... I paid to you... I have been emailing for follow up to you and now you say contact Australian post.
Any other business would have offered a token gift or something for all the trouble I have had ordering the simple order of two fobs but instead you try to palm me off. This is disgusting.
I am asking you directly! Where is my order and when can I expect it to be delivered? Remember I completed this order on 19 July and now we are almost in September. This is totally disgusting service!.

Parcel took 2 months to arrive.
It was scrubs I urgently needed for Level 4 lock down.
Emails were slow to be answered - claiming I went to "spam" box. Covid situation was blamed for the delay - however it was over a month before the 3 clothing articles were sent out. had I known the order took so long to process and send out I wouldn't have ordered from here.
I ordered other stuff during this time and it came with no delays.
I ordered from NZ as the name of the web site was "MedShop New Zealand" but it is actually an Australian company so name is deceiving.
More honest naming of the company, better communication and faster delivery would be required for this company to be recommended in future. After reading reviews now, I wouldn't order from here again.
Lots of excuses and no follow through.
I have emailed and called Medshop several times and no reply. I have ordered a stethoscope that I urgently need. I will never use this company again.My Order #NZ6345 if I don't hear back from this company today I will complain to the Commerce Commission of New Zealand. I will advise the rest of the customers to do the same.
